Chameleon: the initial set up took sometime but once done all was rockin. Very fast!

Russian ... RS ... 'Real Shitty' is a waste of time and money. The 'support desk/staff' have no clue what the word means ? they took 10+days to respond to a query.
In addition, the program is plagued with problems.
