Me neither and we don't know all the details. 1st mom was really dumb telling your sister.
Most parties cheat at sometime in a longterm relationship. It could be a ton of different things. I don't think the best choice is for you to tell you're Dad, It would likely divide the family. Trust relationships broke beteen Dad/Mom, Mother/Daughter and Sister/Brother. This could be a signal of something wrong or just life. You really haven't provided enough information.
