If you tell your mom or dad, your sister would probably get mad at you for saying what she told you privately. Then your mother would be mad at your sister for telling you the secret and mad at you for telling your father. Then your father would get mad at your mother and this other guy. Basically creating a family civil war.
If your going to do something, id suggest talking with your sister and doing something together with her...
