              I still use spybot, they aren't the best anymore?

                                          Usually a combination of more than one utility is the best approach.
                                          Spybot S&D, Spyware blaster and MS antispyware work for me.

                                              I use a combination of MS anti-spyware, spybot search and destory, and the lavasoft adaware. When all those fail, I use google.

                                                              plus got Ewido.. nice program.. not free.. but does pick up-6 stuff the otehr three don't
                                                              I just try to get as much as possible off.. so yeah.. I wear aluminum foil hats and think the gov't is out to get me

                                                                  I paid for Ewido when my trial ran out.. this is killer software.

                                                                  I run MS Antispyware and AdAware. Ewido found 8 freaking installs and removed them.

                                                                  One thing I hate about it so far - you can't tell it to ignore certain files/programs. I had ANSMTP controls for visual basic installed - it wiped them out.. grrrr..

                                                                      I paid for Trend micro and Bullet proof..haven't had too many problems with spyware after that..I found Microsoft useless and didn't find incidents the others found
