This has nothing to do with compliance and everything to do with permission. Are you promoting ATK? And if so, is your use of the content within their acceptable use policy? I dunno, last time I checked promoting atk was an INVITE ONLY program, and the content was PROVIDED to affiliates ONLY through ATK staff or direct permission from them.
