Republican Pornographers remind me of token black republicans. I think because they are few and far between they feel special.

You guys need to forget everything you hear the candidates say.
Its all lies from both sides. The party platform is all that matters.
Understand that and you will understand who you should vote for. No one in the porn industry should ever vote Republican, that's just a fact. Doing so is voting to cut your own throat. I think Hue Hefner and Larry Flint probably know a bit more about porn and politics than anyone on this board. Do you know they support? Pull your head out of your ass, clean the shit out of your ears, and vote to support the party that supports our industry.

Your wasting your breath. These closed minded individuals think just because they bust 200k a year that Bush is better for them. What else could it be that makes them want to keep him in office another 4 years. Hes done NOTHING for the country but run it in to the ground.

What they dont realize is that same 200k+ may not be coming from porn if Bush gets re-elected. They fail to see the big picture.

Kerry will not continue the attack on the industry. Clinton instructed Reno to lay off porn and go after child porn. The Bush administration has a different view entirely. They must pander to the religious right, just like the Demo's pander to the blacks. A democrat would never appoint anyone like Ashhahahahaha. A democrat will not appoint more conservative judges which is the single most important thing a president does in my opinion.
I'm not a die hard democrat. I'm just in the porn business and live in reality. I don't believe in abortion, but I don't want it outlawed so that only the rich can get a safe abortion. There are better ways to prevent it but neither party will get real because they pander to a certain segment. Both parties are shit. The entire process is shit. Just have enough sense to pick the right pile of shit for yourself.

The Republicans don't want a filthy pornographer in the party. Sure they will take your vote and lock you up later. They HATE you and all you stand for. You are responsible for the moral decay of society. You are corrupting the minds of children. You are causing men to rape women. You are the cause of child porn. True Republics believe this. Why would you vote for a party that thinks you are total dog shit?

Just get over it. If you sell porn you are either a Liberal or a enormous hypocrite.

I think your right. These guys also must not understand tax brackets.
Even though Demo's will increase taxes on those in the top bracket, you still have to make way over 250,000.00 a year to feel the hit. In my mind a pornographer would need to make at least 1 Million a year before the tax would become a real issue. Then I could understand a pornographer voting Republican simply out of greed. I wouldn't agree with him, but at least he would have a valid reason to vote Republican.

Correct. The highest tax bracket starts at $312K, but that doesn't mean if you make $312K you get taxed at 35%, it's that everything AFTER that get's taxed at $35%. In fact someone that made $312K a year only pays 27% total in income taxes. Now this same person also has $224K exempt from social security taxes. Poor people don't get such exemption.

When all is said and done someone who is "in the top tax bracket" of $312K in income, still takes home $218K a year after income and FICA taxes. Now if you can't live off of that then I have ZERO sympathy for you. I would GLADLY pay 35% in income taxes if I could make that amount of money.
