The countries mentioned ALWAYS donate BILLIONS of dollars to these relief funds (this is what I said).
Tsunami relief Australia alone donate $500.000.000! With a population of ~20.000.000 and that doesn't count all the donations made by the general public.
As I mentioned before - there have been many many donation drives for the earthquake disaster. Millions have been raised - wtf more do you want?
As of late there have been MANY natural disasters - all these countries cannot just keep on giving. Although they still DO.

The US has just recently been hit by 3 hurricanes has it not? I'm sure this would take ALOT of their own resources and monies.
