As for them "begging for donations", I think since the aforementioned countries ARE donating not only money but other forms of aid and relief supplies etc, maybe the problem is that Pakistan is on the other side of the world thus it takes a little time to move all that into the region.

If the aid isn't getting there fast enough, well that's nothing new. In the face of a terrible disaster the relief aid is NEVER there fast enough. Never.

Just chill out on telling people they need to be ashamed, because that's complete ballwash. You need to rethink that statement.
