It will not go under if she steps up and does the right thing. I have asked her for weeks to sit down and let's work this out. We sat down one time finally a couple of weeks ago and everything she agreed to hs not been done. She knows what needs done to save the site. In the meantime it will be tied up in litigation I am sure based on the restraining order she was granted that dissallows me to deal with any of the finances or other important aspects of running a business.
