although 3 I like better, just that the 'niche' should be more visible and the spots less other than the dots.

I like 3...but make the grey in "niche" darker and it would be easier to read fastDICK TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR.
Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

I would go with #2 but if your cousin is using photoshop for it tell him to use the stroke command and put a #1 black on it and it will help pop it out a lot...Comment

None, back to the drawing board. The text tilt has a visually dizzing effect in 1 and 2 and the font in 3 doesn't sync well.
