    Under 4 minute response time from...........

    Epoch, damn I must say that is impressive. Exactly what I needed in less than 4 minutes. They always have awesome support but I thought I had to share this one. Now somehow could I get hosts, other programs, credit card companies and other companies to have that time of response time we would be set. Why can't everyone offer this type of customer service?
