    So yesterday I started a thread looking for designers..

    I left specific instructions on what I wanted them to do, I got 11 emails from it, amazing that only 2 people bothered to read what I wanted from my first post before diving in and losing my business. I was offering them work, couldn't they take 20 seconds to read my entire post?

                              SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

                                                      Pretty simple actually, I made a template for them to follow since we can not do the job right now and I was hoping it would help some others get some work. Oh well...

                                                          Designers are usually to busy working to read. You probably got 11 emails from surfers who downloaded adobe from a wares site and think because they can load the software they are webmasters...

                                                          And everyone knows surfers can't read. Just ask any webmaster how many times the Terms of Service page is loaded
