fuuuuuuck. at first they said they couldn't deliver it. then after talking to them on the phone, they told me it would be okay, because they have found a place *in* your city, that could deliver it to you.

that's when they charged my credit card. that was a couple of weeks ago. anyway, it wasn't supposed to ever go through customs.

It's a monopoly by the government.
