Because they're stupid, but I don't think that number is anywhere near 99.9%. They don't care about their own foreign policy until they get attacked. Once they do they're content thinking they were attacked "because of their freedom", in retaliation to their reprehensible actions in Israel and other places. A population that's happy being ignorant is the reason the US will always be at war. where do you think you guys get many of your latest military technologies? intelligence, espionage, special forces, the US and Israel are working together on these things constantly, the Us would be less of an army without Israel, and same goes for Israel, thats why they are the best in the world.
who knows better how to fight terrorism then a country who lives it day by day?
and it's not just military stuff

It would be different if it were a war of Right and Wrong, but it is not. It is a religious feud and we've been taking sides for too long now.
I'm not going to say that our support of Israel is THE cause for mid-east-born terrorism, but it is definitely A cause... and in many aspects, an unnecessary one.
