YES! My LCD also broke, the screen went blank so I sent it to apple for a replacement. My friends Nano doesn't stop playing songs it will not let you pause or go to the menu, so he sent his back too

Seems it's a big enough issue with easily scratched nano screens to start a class action lawsuit against Apple. After all the news about it lately, I'd wait.

I just got my Nano - Thanks too Lavish Cash - on Friday.. so it's too early for me to tell if it's durable or not.

This made CNN headlines yesterday, its quite a lot of people who are having scratched screens that a class action is going to happen.
