Thinking about selling 2 sites. Before letting the cat out the bag, I am trying to determine a fair value based on traffic, se rankings, se traffic and so forth. I did not monetize the sites one bit, like all my projects, get excited about them, get a bunch of se traffic and move on to the next flavor of the week

Now examining se results would allow someone to actually make a nice profit assuming they advertise what the surfers are looking for. For me if it's not automated I can't be bothered. Any ideas?
