I don't like the fixtures.. ..meaning the tub, shower, etc and the surrounds for that or the kitchen either. I guess whoever put them in was going for an industrial sort of look. I like the brick and windows and the wood flooring.Comment

The open floor plan and the modern meets indy look is a really great combination.

Don't get a loft. A loft is just another word for cheap builders who didn't want to build a real building and instead built around existing pipes.
It's ok to have an interesting contemporary feel, but exposed walls, pipes, and stuff like that suck compared to a real building with nice clean finishes with drywalled walls and linear lines.
IMO lofts are a fad and always have been. I'd feel much more at home in a nice, bright, clean building rather than one that is more makeshift than anything because it's hard to build around existing structures. Money is better spent on completely new material, not some factory that was gutted and made into a barebones living space.Comment

i've liked most of the other places you've posted in the past - really liked them in fact, but to be honest i don't like this one from the initial pics i'm seeing.
it feels cold, from the pics the view looks bad, and for some reason i can't put my finger on I just don't get a good feel on this one.
