    Anne Rice has found god.

    She's no longer writing about vampires and the occult or anything like that. Her next book is "Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt," a novel about the 7-year-old Jesus, narrated by Christ himself.

    "I promised," she says, "that from now on I would write only for the Lord." It's the most startling public turnaround since Bob Dylan's "Slow Train Coming" announced that he'd been born again.

                  It's not that far of a leap from mysticism to religion. Most of her type that go all holy roller don't stay that way though, Dylan didn't.

Its easy to find god now that she used the thing she now dislikes to make millions. the same with the guy from the band Korn who found god and left the bad. I wonder how she would feel with no cash and no name recognition to sell her new religious books with.
