I worked for a large company in this industry for 4 years and I ran everything, marketing, design, programming I even washed the floor and dishes, they ended up screwing me and not paying me then had the nerve to use my ideas without even telling me thanks, I ended up hiring a lawyer a PI and also contacting my friends father who works in the DA?s office.

Then I decided to go on my own, knowing how smart I am and seeing how much money I generated everyone that I worked for, I did the design myself and the day I opened my site my hosting company screwed me they shut my account down for no reason, because legal action is pending I wont post their names.

The site did ok first day it took in $2.84 not bad for a single mom but then the billing processor I used decided to charge a monthly fee of $25, now im not that stupid noone is going to get rich of my hard work, so I decided to shut the site down and wait until I find a new billing company.

Then I decided to do what I do best ?design? and start submitting to TGP?s, my galleries where accepted everywhere except on the large TGP?s, in the first week alone I sent 250,000 hits to 2 sponsors, now given my strong background in adult I know that even at a 1% conversion rate I should have gotten about 2500 signups, well guess what I log into the stats and I see 1 trial signup, I knew that I have been shaved real bad, I emailed them and asked them outright ?where are my 2500 signups? they never responded so its not like they are denying it.

I am one of the best people in this business and can be an amazing asset to any company, I just wont let anyone screw me, this time around im looking for a salary of $80k, a 10% cut of all money the company earns while im there and a good health plan. I will also need some money to get started so I can get a new laptop, adobe, and a subscription to entertainment weekly.

I am not the greedy type, just the opposite I just don?t want anyone taking advantage of my skills.

I am a quick learner so even thou at the moment I don?t know that much but within a year working for you I can learn anything including airbrushing etc. I have been using MS Paint since 1999 that?s almost 6 years experience!

When it comes to work im definitely not the lazy type, I love to work, because I have shared custody of my 2 kids the following schedule works best for me but I am flexible, Monday thru Tuesday 10-3 then Wednesday thru Friday I can start work early at 9 until 2. I can work on weekends for extra pay. Things might change thou since im suing my ex husband and I might get more time with my kids.

There are a few fortune 500 companies who have shown interest in hiring me but id rather just help a smaller company become a fortune 500 company.
