I don't think anyone really is blaming the kids. They are only 13.
This is further proof that hatred isn't born, it's bred.
Remember though, that the parents were TAUGHT this too, and these girls will get married and teach THEIR children intolerance. This cycle is one reason why racism will never be entirely eliminated from our society.
Hopefully one day they'll see the light, but unfortunately, when it's taught from birth there probably isn't much hope for them. When the mother home teaches them as she's doing, there isn't going to be many, if any, opportunities for them to see how misguided they are.
