First post here...don't know if it is the correct threat to be created here.. Moderators let me know.

I am leaving adult biz....so i need to find a buyer for my 4 sites.

3 AVS and 1 search engine.

all of them generated 156k in 32 months ....the main AVS site converts like crazy and is by far the BEST AVS site on its subject.

All proccess will be done through escrow.com for security and I will let the TRI-TECH managers ( AVS used is Cyberage and Cybersexnetwork) confirm the statements of income to the buyer.

Target sale price is 150k...those interested drop me an email to [email protected] use subject "AVS SALE"
If u r not interested and just wanted to see the sites and waste my time DO NOT contact me..pls only webmasters really interested.

Will reply with income info, uRL's, stats and if there is still interest will procced with furhter information.

Yes cause they already have a 2+ years old members base..that means that the new owner even without DOING nothing will get the yearly renewals ....I did not update Main income site since 9 months now! but members keep renewing and also upgrading to the "Plus" category which is monthly renewals.

Remember that TRI-TECH managers will confirm my statements so new owner will have my ID's transfered to him/her meaning that will get ALL renewals .

Site is getting new yearly members almost on DAILY basis.
Add to this the YEARLY renewals ...of course not all will renew BUT more than 50% WILL.

So a buyer that will promote the site and continue updates will get the investment back 100% and without having to wait 2+ years I will stop all adult biz I have that's why sell the portofolio.

most important is that Webmasters interested will have the Adult Key service to verify my statements so do not thing that i just false income reports in order to sell

3-6 months profit is usually what you sell a business for.

156,000/32=$4875/month

depends...if u visit the dnforum u will see that even for parked domains (that eventually traffic will go lower as time pass) they pay 2years income..that's the standard there....now for a woriking set of websites which traffic increases and is established for over 2 years, with great conversion I thing is reasonable to ask at least 2y income..offers near this amount of course and will be considered but will never sell them for 15k !!

This is an investment for the big players out there, not reccomened to a newbie or a webmaster with no cash to invest.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Are you people stupid? Anyone who sells an established business for less then a years revenue is a complete shmuck..

You are buying a business that is already established! Already has clients, marketing materials, traffic, cash flow, and more..

According to Forbes the average business is sold for 12-18 months revenues.. There are SO many other things to concider.. How much will you have to put into the business, how much time will it take, will you have to relocate, etc.. I have never heard of an established business being sold for less then a years worth of revenues unless it was going bankrupt

GeXus I'll agree with you 100% when you are talking about a normal business. However it's not a big secret that websites do have a limited "shelf life" or at least a limited "newness appeal"

Especially when you concider how fast things change in online adult. I would say 6 months would be more reasonable for an establised site unless of course it was a major program or something like that.
