I once had a very pretty girl, come to the make-up counter...and she had a condition where she would pull out all of her hair...eyebrows, eyelashes and all hair in general.

It was so sad to see, and her Mom stood there bitching at her the whole time.
I thought, if you were my Mom, I would pull my hair out too....It could be a condition.

She needs to seek out some help, in making them look better.
