I was out with the guys last night and I bumped into one of my old school friends. He was telling me how he's in town for a few days, that he has a wife and 3 kids. His brother said "Yeah, you're married, but where's your ring ?", he held up his hand and with a smirk, showed me a bare finger.

It kinda puzzles me because I also have a cousin that takes his ring off, plus I know of another person that does the same thing.

I myself have been with the same woman for 15 years and married for 5 of those years. When I go out, I'm proud to be married to her and it'd never cross my mind to take it off.

Is it that guys just don't give a shit about their wives that they think that because the ring is off that everyone forgets their married and they can try to fuck who they want, then when the night is over, they can magically be married again and life goes on OR is there another reason that I'm overlooking ?
