All I get when I go to there site is "Tabloid Cash is not accepting new webmasters." Nothing about existing webmasters, plus theres no response to emails

I'm just wondering if it was billing or some kind of C&D from a real tabloid. I never used them because of a worry about that happening. If it's simply billing then a shame as there are other options out there for most people.Ignorance is never bliss.
