what u talk about fries and gravy is call ''frite-sauce'' well exactely the stupid word to word transaltion of sauce-fries

if u add sone cheese to it you get a ''poutine'' by melting the cheese over the fries when you add some hot gravy many city in quebec, witch is a province ( state) of canada claim to be the bitrhplace of this combinaison but most likely its been started at ''VICTORIAVILLE'' witch is a famous place for there hockey stick industry ^^
