Apologies if this issue has been raised prior - but...given the number of devastating hurricanes this season:
I'm wondering if any of you make it a practice to search your member lists for customers in hurricane-affected areas and attempt to contact those with recur billing to cancel memberships.
I know if my home was flattened and all my possessions gone, personally I'd be thankful if any recur billing I had on sites was canceled until I could get my shit together.
