So you're trying to say that if an American purchases adult content (that is considered illegal or obscene in the U.S.) from a legal Canadian source - the Canadian can be charged under U.S. law?!?!?!?

If the U.S. gov't doesn't want what they perceive to be illegal content coming in to the country, its their job to stop it at customs. Despite their enormous collective ego and thinking the world revolves around them...U.S. feds can't impose their domestic laws on other sovereign nations.
