It seems many guys are making thier own webcam sites, everyday I get at least 2 new ones wanting to buy traffic. Sending traffic directly to the front page is IMO a waste. Send the traffic to a results page that shows the models online. If you don't have enough models online, talk to someone like Lars who does have them, see if you can iframe the results page of one of his searches. Of course with your affiliate urls. This way you can put his models below yours so the surfer has a good choice. When you get enough models then drop the iframe.

You can wrap your site around Lars site just as Choker said.
You can also cobrand a site online with Lars. It's quick and simple. I did it
Lars offers a ton of options on how you present the models ONLINE now
Another option - drop a row of models thumbs that are online now in your TGP.
As a bonus, Elli is a rep. She'll help on anything you want to do. And if she doesn't have an answer, she is on the phone or ICQ quick to get anything resolved for you. This is A+++ support.

This is an important one too.
The models are better at Lars when you look at some of the others. This seems to me important for conversions.
Other programs have models reading, sleeping and eating in front of the camera. Just puttin in time waiting for a regular to come along. For many of them, its their regulars that make them the $$.
Before you sign with Lars or anyone else, take a serious look at the site and how the models are acting online. Are they promoting a conversion for you.
