All, I know is..it worked that way for me.
Plus, one of the GFY'ers on here that paid for some galleries for me to do, couldn't log on through his pc..but could through his laptop.
Hell..i dunno.
All, I know is..its working for me just fine and doing transactions..few minutes afterwards.
