If you'd limited that to '01-'03, you could argue the point. But if you haven't noticed any change or "achievement" in TCG in '04, you're not looking or you're blind. Some of the old school sponsors have still done nothing, some tried to adapt and failed, but TCG seems to have succeeded in transforming and modernizing their program.
