With the right raid card you could potentially run two raid zeros and then join them as a raid 1. I'm not sure if you could run them seperately, I imagine you could, but the likelihood that the motherboard would be supporting that natively very well seems slim. Best bet is a nice raid card by the likes of 3ware that has it's own processor and ram on it for a good, reliable configuration.
