Ever heard of nLayer? Bet you havent, bet you also don't know they are the BEST peered IP transit provider in the USA for residential ISP's.

Guess where surfers come from? Thats right, residential ISP's.

What is nLayer bandwidth? A mix of MCI/UUNET, Global Crossing, and soon Sprint, thats in addition to the massive amounts of peers.
Can you buy servers from nLayer? No, they are an IP transit provider only.

Now go find hosts who use nLayer, but to be safe, make sure they are running BGP with another provider as well.
