The first 10 people who email a 10x10 pixel and up to 30 galleries / descriptions to willysbirthday 'at' gmail.com. Please make sure the gallries comply with my rules. Your pixel(s) will always be the same, but every night the galleries will cyclicly rotate.

Gallery Rules:
# Your galleries must have at least 12 thumbnails
# No more than 2 sponsor banners (freehost banners included)
# No more than 1 counter (makes page loading slow)
# No "Next", "More", "Page 1 Page 2", "Enter Here" or "Main" links.
# No Lolita, pregnant, gay, incest, rape, scat, bestiality and kiddyporn galleries
# No banners/ buttons which could be mistaken for content but lead to a sponsor
# No popup or exit windows, not on the gallery and not at your sponsors!
# No linked big images (like Amateur Pages) or fake movie players
# No dynamic gallery. The url you submit has to be static and can't be altered after you've submitted. If you do, the gallery will get deleted.

At this point I'm giving the shit away, so don't complain about the idea. I will be working the site & giving it love, so don't miss out on this lifetime of traffic.

go for it, but here is a suggestion:

you should change the topic of the site a little bit, say it was you paying the models of the site $100 per 10x10 thumb, and have the 10x10 images be a thumb of the face of the model. (this is for your visitors fantasy only, of course)

then you should allow free submissions which *can* be replaced by paid galleries later, this way, you will get enough galleries at the beginning.

in a next step, build 100 tgps which are 1.) traffic feeders and 2.) every gallery buying a spot will be listed *forever* on all those 100+1 tgps, too.

now that sounds like a plan, doesn't it?

This idea is different for porn. The other million dollar sites are main stream.

My only consern is how will you keep people from submitting a gallery then changing the page or forwarding it. Do you have protection for that programmed into the script?

I would do a new layout as well...like you said you put time into the script, etc. now put some time or money into getting a new design. Get some traffic trading software and do some SEO.
