That's called webalizer. You have one main domain, and every other domain in the stats page turns up as secondarydomain.maindomain.com . Can't say if he is telling the truth or not, but you are wrong on that one.

The domain is on a sub-domain. The only reason I hid it is because I didn't want the full path in there just to be sure.
