Why Are People Getting So Touchy About Christopher Reeve Jokes?

I don't get it. He's open game when he's alive and handicapped but not when he dies and it won't affect him at all people get their panties into a bunch. I didn't see a public outcry when Rick James died and someone posted the, "I'm Rick Jame's Ghost, Bitch!" picture.

Man, why is everyone so PC nowadays?!?!

Understandable but some people's way of showing respect is to make a joke about it. It's how they choose to cope. If you're famous and you die, people are going to make jokes about it. That's how the world works. Everyone doesn't have to be so PC all the time.

The Superman movies were shitty movies.

Christopher Reeve is more famous for being a professional cripple than he is for being a professional actor.

I saw a piece on CNN shortly after he kicked it and the anchor had the balls to call him a HERO! Said he was a hero for his great efforts to help the handicapped. Yeah sure....after he became one of them!!! Made me want to throw up.
