I've been a long time lurker on this awesome forum and work for the website FLURL.com - a new innovative site that offers web-media search and upload possibilities. We are aware that the upload possibility
for videos, images etc. is not new (megaupload,gigashare,putfile, zippyvideos, rapidshare etc offer the same). However what is new is the possibility to add your personal HTML code to the left side of your upload. This will be very useful to generate revenue from advertisers from your upload or receive visitors back to your page. This service is ideal for webmasters that often use third-party upload sites for their linked media.
As an example: http://www.flurl.com/uploaded/Penis_Contest_358.html , on the left you can see the personalized HTML for totallycrap.com.
Another example: http://www.flurl.com/uploaded/Er_een...uigen_655.html , this page contains a personalized HTML for a dutch weblog.
Also, FLURL stores log referrers, that way it's easy to spot how popular your upload is getting and where the visitors are coming from.
Last but not least, once your upload receives enough hits, it'll be featured on http://www.flurl.com/uploads.php . That way you receive extra visitors to your website-specific upload.
The get access to the personalized upload feature go to : http://www.flurl.com/upload.php?webmaster=1 . After the upload is completed you receive inlog information in case you want to make changes to the upload.
