The toolbar PR runs about 3 months behind and is just a snapshot at one moment wheras real PR is constantly updated just like the SERPs - so if you think in terms of PageRank (PR) which is the whole basis of Googles algorithm - then you can get way ahead - if you trade and conduct biz based on the toolbar - well youre doing exactly what Google wants you to do to handle people that trade based on the toolbar
