Get somebody to give your neck and shoulders a deep rub for about 5 minutes... the mechanical motion will relieve any stress and get the blood flowing through your brain -- that should definitely help with the headache. And as for pain medications, a couple of 200mg doses of Ibuprofen always works for me. Good luck!Comment
