Do AU Webmasters have to pay the $750 Visa fee

Ok Frag me if u want but I am still unsure as Australians do we have to pay the $750 processing fee to allow Visa processing from our sites? Answers from some billers would be good.

You need a US or EU presence and principal officer to process visa.
So the $750 fee is not the issue for Aussies.

Dingo I use CCbill and I had to pay the $750. I had to setup a corp in the USA as well.

              Hey Dingo,

We are in Brisbane and can set you up a dedicated merchant account same day with no setup fees from one of the worlds largest banks!

              See my sig.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

Is this only for AU residents?
