Designers from xxxoutsourcing were great when I used them. A lot of the work was well beyond some normal designers here. I don't get all the shit talk really because they told me up front if I didn't like the designer they would give me a new one or a refund. First one was perfect though.

1) The rep as 19, and acted that way.
2) I was asked for payment in full, before completion of project, over 20 times. Before said project was started, we agreed 1/2 upfront, 1/2 when completed. It was fun being asked, continually, for payment when that wasn't what was agreed apon.
3) Project was for a simple banner. Banner lacked creativity, and the images were ripped off.

I never claimed we were perfect and got it right all of the time, and your example is one such time. Although this has now been addressed with the sales member in question, and lets say she has calmed down somewhat.
Point taken, sales reps DO represent me and anybody else connected to this company and I think sometimes they get caught up in the way things are thrown about on this board.
