well he was in power when many horrible abuses and torchures happen so i would have to say either return the favor or save all this time and money and spend a buck for a bullet and put one right between his eyes, life for lives kinda thing

Well some ppl got killed. Some bodies are there. Witnesses. Doesnt matter if he did it himself, ordering genocide isnt exactly legally allowed.

An attempt was made on his life, and who knows what circumstances caused those people to be killed...perhaps they knew of a few of the assassins being harbored by the group of people...wouldn't be any different than say bombing a residential complex killing a number of innocent people because there's one or two suspected terrorists in it.

because there is no reason for the public to suspect that they have ever been told anything but the truth regarding iraq

if they wanted to kill him they should have just done it in battle, not put on some farce of a "trial" afterward by countries other than iraq. yet another lame attempt to put a civilized face on warfare.

The thing is that we CAN'T put him to death. Can you imagine the shit we'd stir up if that happend (meaning attacks) ?? Even though I think that he needs to be killed, I don't think it's in our best interest.

I saw a vid of him yesterday with a big grin on his face and applauding as a guy was beaten to death. As the most powerful man there we can say beyond resonable doubt he ordered it - or could have ordered it stopped.

Thats enough to lock him for life in my book, without even taking into account the 1000's of others.

well thats the whole issue, the - beyond reasonable doubt - issue.

Every country has that law as far as I know and its damn hard to use. Luckely not just 1 judge will say yeah or nah. But yes there wont be a lot of ppl who say hes had nothing to do with it.

Dont you wonder how it would be to be in a kind of public deathrow? Must be weird.
