All these 5 day track projections have proven themselves to be just that, projections.
The only certain paths are within the 24 to 48 hour window as we've all seen.
As it stands now it should hit North or South of Naples on the West coast and then deintensify over the everglades a bit and cruise over the East side of South Florida.
If we're lucky it will get steered enough South from the westerlies that it will miss Florida completely. But I'd say the Keys are going to get it for sure and the Bahamas will also since they'll be in the North East quadrant either crossing through or as it turns North up the US East coast.
