                                                      I find the welcome page loads very slow for me... 10+ seconds for some of the thumbs at the bottom to show up. Also, the thumbs look 'browser stretched' and warped in various ways. You'll need to manually go through and trim/resize them to look good.

                                                      The thumbs in the gallery area load quick though, and appear right. Pics show up reasonably quick, although the display engine seems a bit primitive it's functional enough (don't want to make things TOO cozy on a free site).

                                                      Tolerably good. I don't know if I'd pay as a result, but then veterans of the business are probably not your target audience.
