My wife just got the scare of a life time.

We are sitting here in the office, and she went into the bedroom and fed the parrot. She put the food on the top of the cage and left the door open as usual. The bird is used to being out all the time, and she wanders the house always.

Well I heard the bird yelling and whisteling, and it sounded like it was some place other than the bedroom.

I tild my wife to go find her. she checked the bedroom, and of course the bird was not there. She looked all over the house, and could not find her. She was calling the bird by the name, and did not get an answer. She finally heard the bird yell at the dog, and ,my wife went to see where the dog was.

The dog was outside on the front porch layinh in the sun. ( second floor. ) Standing next to her was the bird right on the edge looking down at one of the neighbors dogs and yelling at him.


I thought it was funny, but that is the way people loose their pet birds.
