You might want to update the info for AAC...we pay by wire, check, paypal, and epassporte.
We also have a bi-monthly payment option and a 50% revshare option in addition to the $40 per signup or up to $5.25 per free email.

Stats are from my personal accounts and I use the same traffic source to do the ranking. That said, I'm sure I'd get different numbers with other traffic source, linking method etc...
