Maybe they didnt get hired because they're fuckig stupid. No experience, no education, maybe the way that talk using gangbang lingo.. i saw a dumbass hoodlum in a supermarket. goes up to the manager & says "yo mun, youz be hiying. I needs to gits me some dough yo. youz hook da brotha up" Mind you, this is was in a predominately black city where the whites cant find jobs because all the business are run or owned by blacks. so, the black manager says to the hoodlum, "you wont get a job talking the way you do"
