this is what you should eat/drink if you don't want to die young
handfull of nuts every day (wallnuts or almonds)
at least 8 glasses of water
ONE glass of RED wine
veggies - tomatoes (prevent cancer), spinach, potatoes baked with the skin, beetroot (sp), carrots, all the green vegetables
fruits - berries, bananas, apples etc
fiber shit - beans, muesly, wholegrain bread
coffee - about 2 cups a day is good for you
1 aspirin every single day
fish - three times a week - salmon and cod pref. - they don't contain all those heavy metals n shit
