Just curious as to how many of you use FLASH compared to HTML.
Im not talking banners or buttons but the whole site done in flash.

well you can use browser detection to redirect to flash enhanced pages, or you can just offer a choice on your home page, but I dont think a site that is all flash is remotely close to a good idea. -

My whole design site is in flash,
but i'd never recommend any "made for mass audience" site to be made entirely in flash.
while, flash can do EVERYTHING html/javascript/php/etc can do...
it just isnt as SE friendly, download friendly, etc.
mix the elements that's the beauty of flash right now is that it can be used just as seamlessly as a jpeg but give you advanced functionality in the same space and coexist with its HTML counterparts.

That is what Im thinking to Arousal Design, but I have seen ALOT of all flash sites lately. I am on the verge of devoting 100% of my time into building a site and wanted some opinions.
I will probably go with a html page and a flash header and flash thru out the site but wont do all flash, even if I could design it myself. I can handle banners and headers but a whole site in flash is a different story.Comment
