Despite this current scare excuse. People in general should have one hell of an emergency kit regardless.
Every so often shit does just hit the fan, true it ussually will never happen to you and you will just witness it on the news. Yet I use the condom principle when it comes to emergency kits. I would rather have one and not need it, then need it and not have one.
