I was thinking paysites earlier, then said why not a chat where no sponsors pay for space but we review, chat, discuss, whatever about programs.

I own http://***********.com that I wanted to make a serious site of it.

any ideas or am I on to a loser again today.

Sorry dude but that one won't work, no one is going to pay to post on a board that isn't established big time. If you owned say, this board, you could make it member based and charge a monthly fee.

2nd big idea knocked down today on the board. I still like the chat idea. but must be the only one here.
let me think of another idea , got to do something to make money, reading gfy all day won't pay the bills at home.

I meant, there are still boards out there that charge a membership fee (monthly or one time) to post.

i couldnt see why $5 a year would be hard to pay if you were an adult webmaster. It would get rid of surfers.

If your board has substance, a small yearly fee as psyko514 suggested wouldn't be a bad idea. It would definitely weed out a lot of the surfers and all around useless people, but don't try to charge very much until you're well established. The idea of paying PER POST as your title suggested, would not work at all. You want people posting as often as possible, not trying to limit their posts.
